From the largest country in the world the Russia -

The black beaches of Kamchatka present a newly discovered slice of Russia and the goliath state of Kazakhstan is a mystery for intrepid travellers. Kyrgyzstan has monster mountains and ice-blue lakes that dominate 90% of the country, while Mongolia records its history in song and monuments.

The main attraction of Tajikistan is the Pamir Mountains and yet, for Turkmenistan it is the great Garagum desert, whilst the northern shoreline of bordering Uzbekistan leads to the arid Aral Sea. In addition, this region encompasses the legendary Silk Road cities of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva, as well as the archaeological remains of one of the earth's least-known civilisations at Merv.
